ABSTRACT
The Participatory Action Research had aims to promote and study the results of
school management in Thai traditional medicine in two Primary school and a Secondary
school in Maka subdistrict, Kantarawichai district, Mahasarahkham Province. The result
found that all of three school have suitable with Basic Education , 2001 under the Ministry
of Education responsibility which have a content in Occupation Learning and Technology
subjects. The course syllabus of the second Primary school level; level 4-6, totally seven
hours. According to the Secondary school in third level (1-3) has six units in Local Herbs
2, totally thirty hours. After teaching trials in each school in one symester this research
found that the students in Maka primary school passed the test average 41, 37.6 and 30.9
scores; totally 50 scores in primary level 4, 5 and 6 respectively. By the way, the result of
teaching evaluation found that teacher used mass media in low level but the self assessment
in teaching behavior, student understanding had a good level. According to general
teaching behaviour had all completed. In Kai Nui primary school, students had passed the
test average 41.75 and 34.85 scores; totally 50 scores which separated in two groups
