All original and review articles will be preliminarily reviewed by the
editorial department and then sent to 2 or 3 experts in the relevant field
for independent comments without revealing the names of the authors
and experts (double-blinded peer review). The opinions of experts will be
considered by the editorial team. In the case of suggestions to improve or

change, we will send comments to the corresponding author for action.
After receiving the revised version, it will be sent to the experts to
give comments again and the editorial department will consider the final

step in receiving or not published.
