The original article and review article will be initially by the edito-

rial department and sent to experts in the field and given independent
opinions without revealing the name of the author and experts (Double-
blinded peer review). The opinion of experts will be considered by the

editorial team. In the case of suggestions to improve or change will send
comments to the author to consider.

After receiving the revised version, it will be sent to the experts to

give comments again and the editorial department will consider the final
step in receiving or not published.
